Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data is handled when you visit romannomy.com or contact me about a project. It is written in plain language on purpose.
Who is responsible

What I collect and why

I do not ask for payment details, ID documents, passwords or any sensitive categories of data on this site. I only ask for what is needed to quote your project.
How the project form works
When you press "Continue on WhatsApp", your browser opens WhatsApp with a message already filled in. The website does not send that information to any server of mine and does not keep a copy. Nothing reaches me until you press Send in WhatsApp. If you do not want to use WhatsApp, you can email me instead.
Who else handles data
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and protects the site and provides Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused measurement tool that does not use cookies. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- WhatsApp / Meta Platforms processes the messages you send me there, under its own terms. See WhatsApp's privacy policy.
- Fiverr, Upwork or another platform, only if you hire me through them; their policies apply to that order.
I do not sell your personal data and I do not share it for advertising.
International transfers
I work from Faisalabad, Pakistan, and the services above may process data in other countries, including the United States and the EU/UK. Where the law requires it, those providers rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiries and project messages only as long as needed to answer you, deliver and support the work, and keep sensible business and tax records. You can ask me to delete your messages sooner. Cloudflare keeps its own technical logs for a limited time under its policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the UK, EU/EEA, California), you may have the right to: know what data I hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, move it to another service, and withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email romannomyfreelancer+hire@gmail.com. I will reply within one month.
You can also complain to your data protection authority, for example the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local EU authority.
California: I do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA/CPRA.
Children
This site is for businesses and creators. It is not directed at children under 16 and I do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change. For anything significant, I will make it clear on the site.
