Refund Policy

Orders through Fiverr or Upwork

If you hired me through Fiverr or Upwork, that platform's own cancellation, refund and dispute rules apply to the order. Please use the platform's order tools to request a cancellation or refund. I will cooperate with the platform's process.

Orders placed directly with me

Before I start work: you can cancel and receive a full refund.
After work has started: if I am unable to deliver what we agreed, you receive a refund for the part of the project I did not deliver.
After delivery: delivered work is not refundable, because the service has been provided. Revisions included in your quote or order are available so the result matches what we agreed.
Monthly retainers: you can stop at the end of any month. Months already worked are not refunded.

Free test edits

I do not offer free test edits, so please check the services and reviews on this site and ask any questions before you order.

Your legal rights

If you are a consumer (an individual buying for personal rather than business use) in the UK or EU, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of ordering. If you ask me to start work during that period, you agree to pay for the work already done, and the right to cancel ends once the service has been fully provided. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have by law.

How to ask for a refund

Email romannomyfreelancer+hire@gmail.com or message me on WhatsApp (+92 340 7249824) with your name and what the order was. I will reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned using the same payment method where possible.
