Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you hire Rouman Mukhtar, trading as Romannomy ("I", "me"), for editing and related services. Orders placed through Fiverr or Upwork are also covered by that platform's terms, which win if they conflict with these.
1. Services
I provide podcast editing, YouTube video editing, short-form clips, video ads, thumbnails and AI avatar videos. The exact deliverables, amount of work, price and timeline are set out in my written quote or in the marketplace order. If it is not in the quote or order, it is not included.
2. Quotes and starting work
Quotes are based on what you tell me about the project. If the project changes (more footage, extra episodes, new formats), I may update the price or timeline before continuing. I do not offer free test edits. Work starts with a single paid project or an agreed monthly retainer.
3. What you provide
- Raw files and instructions in a usable format, shared by any download link you prefer.
- Timely feedback. Delays in sending files or feedback move the delivery date.
- Confirmation that you own, or have permission to use, everything you send me (footage, music, images, scripts, voices and likenesses).
4. Turnaround
Typical delivery is 2 to 5 days for most projects (podcast and YouTube drafts 3 to 5 business days; short clips 2 to 3). These are estimates, not guarantees, unless the quote states a fixed date.
5. Revisions
Revisions are included as stated in your quote or order. Requests that change the agreed scope are new work and may be priced separately.
6. Payment
Payment terms are stated in the quote or marketplace order. Work on a project may require payment before delivery of final files. Prices are in the currency stated in the quote.
7. Ownership and credit
Your raw files and content remain yours. Once a project is paid in full, you may use the final delivered edit for your own channels, business and advertising. I keep ownership of my own working methods, templates and tools. Unless you say otherwise, I may mention that I worked with you and describe the type of work, but I will not publish your unreleased content.
8. Content I do not work on
I do not work on 18+ or NSFW content, hidden camera footage, faceless "cash-cow" channel spam, crypto or NFT pump schemes, gambling or casino content, or deceptive earning apps. I may decline or stop a project that breaks this rule or the law.
9. AI-generated content
For AI avatar and voice work, you confirm you have the right to use any photo, video or voice you provide. I will not create a likeness or voice of a person without that person's permission.
10. Confidentiality
I treat your unreleased files and business information as confidential and use them only to do your project.
11. Liability
I take care with every project, but results such as views, growth, sales or search ranking depend on many factors and are not guaranteed. To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid me for that project, and I am not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any consumer rights you have that cannot be waived.

14. Changes and contact
